Full Moon Sauna & Dip

Dear Full Moon Sauna Ladies,
We’re thrilled to welcome you up to TIGH’N ALLUIS on Thursday, July 10th for our monthly Ladies Full Moon Sauna & Dip (7:30 – 9:00 PM). 
We invite you to sweat out whatever you need to leave behind and make space to welcome in new, abundant beginnings.  
What to expect: a gorgeous setting, the company of ~20 other women, and a really relaxed evening in the saunas.  We’ll have music, snacks, (non alcoholic) bubbles and great company. 
Due to the later sunset and moonrise times, we’re gathering from 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM (prior months have been 6 – 7:30).

Ladies Full Moon Sauna13th May / 7:30 – 9:00 PM @ Tigh ‘N Alluis (The GAP)
Where to go:

• Park at Glencullen Adventure Park (the GAP), follow the signs to TIGH ‘N ALLUIS (~10 min walk)

What to Bring:

•  2 × Towels (one to sit on + one to dry yourself)
• Flip flops & warm clothing
• Swimwear for sauna & dip
• Drinking water to stay hydrated

Tip for a Successful Sauna: 

• Arrive by 7:15/20 PM to allow time to walk up from the Glencullen Adventure Park Carpark
• Sit on a towel at all times in the sauna
• Take a break/swim every 10–15 minutes
• No jewellery in the sauna; no under-16s; no alcohol before or during
• You must not use the sauna if you have high/low blood pressure, circulatory disorders, epilepsy, diabetes, are pregnant, or prone to dizziness/fainting.

24-hour cancellation policy applies; tickets are invalid otherwise.
